We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for our client, a busy supplies company based in Greenogue Industrial Estate, Rathcoole.
Suitable candidate must have minimum of 1 years experience working in a busy office as either administrator or customer service agent.
This role is offering salary of €30k to €32k depending on experience + benefits.
Responsibilities:
Dealing with internal & external customer enquiries/requests
Ensure that customer queries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
Logging, preparation and issuing quotations
Logging and managing preventative maintenance schedule
Entering customer orders
Scheduling orders for delivery/collection
Generating delivery/collection dockets and manifests
Liaising with drivers to ensure efficient & timely delivery of product to customers
Completing deliveries & collections on system
Collecting and matching proof of delivery to completed tasks
Monitoring and issuing of stock to backorders
Assigning calls to repair technicians
Monitoring status of repair calls and chasing outstanding calls with technicians
Liaising with the warehouse to ensure order information and deliveries are kept updated
Handle customer issues/complaints – logging, distribution, follow up and reporting of issues
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of customer service or administration experience within the service industry
Possess excellent communication skills with a professional and polite manner
Have a friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team and on your own initiative.
