Our client an Insurance company based in Dublin South are looking to recruit a skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. We are looking for a self-starter to play a key role in growing the company core brands.

This is a full time permanent position Monday to Friday, offering a salary of €40K to €45K + Benefits
The Digital Marketing Executive will oversee:
Digital:
- Drive engagement across social media channels, including responding to customer queries and monitoring reviews
- Develop and manage LinkedIn content strategy, including video and visual content creation, and staying informed on industry-related news
- Create digital assets for advertising and social media using tools such as Canva and Adobe Express
- Manage and update websites for core brands, optimising the customer experience
- Create and manage highly targeted customer email campaigns using Brevo as the primary email marketing platform.
- Manage CRM database, track performance of campaigns and provide insights and recommendations to management team
- Work closely with media and creative agencies on digital campaigns
- Collaborate with in-house teams to align digital efforts with customer experience objectives; strong communication skills are desirable
- Create video content and coordinate the production process
- Deliver rollout of new digital projects
Sponsorship and events:
- Assist in managing sponsorships and build relationship with key stakeholders
- Organise promotional events and attend as the company representative
Creative:
- Act as brand guardian – ensure all online and offline assets adhere to brand guidelines
- Work with external agencies to ensure the messaging, tone of voice and style of marketing collateral is on brand and consistent across each core brand
Suitable candidate must have following:
- Degree in Marketing/Digital Media or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years’ experience in a digital Marketing role
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software
- High energy and results oriented with a passion for all things digital
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Prior experience in insurance marketing world would be highly advantageous
