We are recruiting for an experienced Field Sales Executive for our client, known for its luxurious, modern bathroom fixtures that blend stylish design with advanced functionality.
This role is a Field Sales role covering all of Republic of Ireland

Responsibilities:
New Business & Sales Growth
- Focus on demand creation activities across all Group Brands through the A&D community, developers, and contractors.
- Proactively identifying and generate new project leads through market activity and customer engagement.
- Work with the Regional Sales Manager – Ireland to drive brand penetration and increase sales across all customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and opportunities to secure new business.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities with the goal of generating strong, sustainable sales growth.
Account Management & Client Retention
- Manage relationships with key customers including regional and local developers, contractors, and Bathroom Brands direct customers.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Service and Business Support, to ensure exceptional service and fast response to project opportunities.
- Develop tailored proposals and quotations to meet customer needs, with a focus on timely delivery.
- Monitor and manage customer performance, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute a 6-month, 12-month, and 24-month Sales Plan, targeting revenue goals and stretch targets.
Strategic Market Engagement
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer demands.
- Share market intelligence and competitor insights with the BBG Marketing & Product Development team to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop specific campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and engagement within the specification community.
- Attend industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking forums to maintain relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Sales Performance & Reporting

Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years sales experience within a construction-related industry or a proven track record in sales and account management.
- Ability to generate and secure new business opportunities and exceed sales plans.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing key accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships internally and externally.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively at all levels of management.
- Full, clean driving license.
