We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Administrator for a large medical distribution company based in Meath area

This role is to support our sales team in promoting products and services to a diverse clientele

Suitable candidate must have following to qualify for this role:

  • Must have minimum of 4 years’ experience within an B2B operation, working in in a sales team
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills

Principal Accountabilities

  • Develop trust relationships with Key Account Managers and major clients to prevent them from turning to competitors.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements, as well as company products and services.
  • Act as the communication link between key customers and sales team.
  • Address customer issues and complaints to maintain trust in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
  • Play a crucial role in generating new sales that foster long-lasting relationships. Identify customer needs and sell products accordingly.
  • Ensure quotes and sales orders for Key Account Managers are completed within 24 hours.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to send information to customers and acknowledge their queries.
  • Enter all necessary sales data into the company system, updating NetSuite and inputting customer information.
  • Set up Leads and Prospects as requested by Key Account Managers.
  • Review open orders from Key Account Managers and communicate any delays to customers and KAM.
  • Follow up on quotes as requested, making necessary changes and providing feedback to Key Account Managers.
  • Gather market and customer information to discuss opportunities with Key Account Managers.
  • Represent company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
  • Address objections to encourage customer purchases and ensure satisfaction with customer service.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by staying informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors, and relay this information to the Director of Sales.
  • Enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional societies.
